User Guide

Purchase flow

1) Select a product and add it to the cart Click "Add to cart" to add the product to the cart.

2) Click "View Cart" or click the cart icon in the upper right <br/>Please check the items and quantities added to your cart.
You can change the quantity.

3) Check the contents in the cart and click "Proceed to checkout"
After confirming the contents of the cart, proceed to checkout.

For domestic deliveries, you can select your preferred delivery time at the bottom of this page.

4) Enter your name, shipping address, etc.

5) Select a payment method <br/>Enter the information necessary for delivery and payment information.

6) Confirm the delivery and complete the purchase procedure

  • Bank transfer
  • Cash on delivery (Japan domestic delivery only)

  • Delivery in Japan 
    We will deliver by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.
    If you would like a delivery time, please select the delivery time at the bottom of the cart contents and proceed to the purchase button.
  • International delivery
    We will deliver by EMS.

About delivery days

We will ship your order within 1-5 business days after confirming payment.

Issuance of receipt

We do not issue receipts, but you can use the statement enclosed with the product as a receipt.

  • Cash on delivery (Japan domestic delivery only)
    A receipt will be issued by the shipping company when you make payment to the shipping company. This is a receipt approved by the tax office, so we will not issue it.
  • Credit card
    Receipts cannot be issued as payment will be made with the credit card company.
    Please use the delivery note/statement instead of the receipt.
  • Bank transfer 
    The transfer statement or passbook record will serve as a receipt.

About order cancellation

  • Cancellation before product shipment 
    If you contact us, we will cancel the order immediately.
    If payment has already been made, we will issue a refund.

 

  • Cancellation after the product has been shipped 
    Cancellation is not possible. Please request a return after receiving the product.

About membership registration

What is membership registration?

If you register your account information when you place an order, your profile information and saved addresses will be automatically entered the next time you log in and make a purchase. You can also receive the latest information and special offers by email.

Create registration, password reset

Customer registration uses an email address and password.
If you would like to register, please create a new account.

Can I change the payment method after purchasing the product?

We are sorry, but we cannot change the payment method after purchasing the product. Please check in advance to ensure that the payment method is correct.

Will my credit card information be saved?

Maruei Biopharma Online Shop will not store your credit card information without your permission, so you can enjoy shopping with peace of mind. For details on the handling of personal information, please check the privacy policy.

How long is the product warranty period?

The warranty period for each product is listed on the individual product page.

I have purchased an item but have not received an email. What should I do?

The order confirmation email may have been sorted into your spam folder, so please check that folder. If the email does not arrive in your spam folder, there is a possibility that you have entered your email address incorrectly.

We would appreciate it if you could contact us using the inquiry form with your order number and e-mail address and let us know that you have not received the e-mail.

Do you do gift wrapping?

I'm sorry, but I don't do gift wrapping.

(Japan Domestic delivery) Do I have to pay for shipping?

In our store, for domestic delivery, if the total amount of purchased products is 10,000 yen or more (excluding consumption tax), shipping is free. For purchases of less than 10,000 yen, you will be charged a shipping fee according to the region, so please check at the time of purchase.

(Japan Domestic delivery) Can I choose a delivery company?

We are sorry, but customers cannot choose the shipping company. It will be delivered by Yamato Transport or Sagawa Express.

(Japan Domestic delivery) How long does it take from purchase to delivery to my home?

Purchased items are usually shipped within 1-5 business days, so it will take 2-7 business days to arrive. However, please understand that delivery may be delayed depending on the region and weather.

(Japan Domestic delivery) Will the product name appear on the shipping label?

We will send the product name column of the courier service as "miscellaneous goods".
